Not too bad for doing nothing through out the winter! Now all beds are mulched (well done Daddy, this horse manure was an excellent idea) and waiting for first new seedlings to go in. The winter crop is piling on the kitchen table. Oh, happy days!
If you are wondering what to do with so many leeks, smoked salmon & leek tart is the way to go.
